A visionary within the business world, Anita has always had a passion for luxury travel yet more so a focus on people. Gaining a BA (Hons) Business & Human Resources Management degree from an accredited university in the UK, her focus was the strategic nature of HR and always a desire for more.
Recognised for her project management and HR focus, she later moved on to work for a Fortune 500 company in London, working with high profile clients and offering tailored sustainable solutions at a senior level; Anita’s business focus was commended within all companies she’s worked within.
Anita is a pioneer within luxury hospitality and travel with niche experience in members clubs and entertainment venues. A visionary for success Anita embodies all aspects of what Nuvani London represents – luxury, integrity and a distinct focus on talent.

Working for internationally recognised organisations such as Warner Brothers & The BBC, Ritz began her journey in 2013 within the hospitality industry and since then has never looked back. Ritz’s passion for the hospitality industry is undeniable, after working as a Human Resource Manager for industry giants such as IHG and Marriott International.
Invaluable to our candidates moving abroad for the first time, Ritz is able to share her industry experience of moving and working in the Middle East, where she worked as a Cluster Talent Resourcing Specialist overlooking four properties within Dubai for IHG.
Qualified from the Chartered Institute of Professional Development, Ritz has made a name in the hospitality industry as a ‘go getter’ where no assignment is too big for her. Not only representing talent from over 70 countries, Ritz works alongside CEO’s, Managing Directors & Senior professionals in hiring world class talent for some of the most luxury brands in the world.
